As the temperature drops many of us wish to adorn our legs with tights to make skirt wearing still possible whilst it’s chilly. So it’s a good thing fantastically patterned and textured tights are ‘in’ this season.

It’s not just the retail shops that love the patterned legwear, but the runway too. Textured and patterned tights were huge on the catwalks.

So how would one wear this trend, as understandably, it’s difficult to get right? Here are some tips.

* Pair with coordinated sweater dresses and ankle boots
* The skater dress is HUGE this season, give yours a rock and roll edge
* A pink skirt could take on a vintage look with lacy cream tights
* At work? Opt for the again-fashionable 1940s style tights with a seam down the back
